Step 1
Using a blender, cream the softened butter and sugar until obtaining a whitish paste.

Add the eggs, stir well with a spoon, and then add the chocolate. Mix well.

Add the biscuits, broken into small pieces. Mix.
Step 4
Place the mixture on a sheet of greaseproof paper and shape into a roll. Squeeze the paper tightly with your hands so that the chocolate salami is shaped properly.
Step 5
Chill in the fridge until firm, preferably overnight.
Step 6
To serve, remove the greaseproof paper and roll the chocolate salami in sugar.
