Step 1
Make sure the clams are well cleaned, wash them under running water and drain well in a mesh strainer.

In a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic with the olive oil until they start to brown.

Add the chopped coriander, then the clams and stir.
Step 4
Mix in the white wine, cover and cook over moderate heat for about 5 minutes or until the clams open, shaking the pan occasionally so that the cook evenly.
Step 5
Garnish with the coriander leaves and drizzle with the lemon juice.
