Preparation

Step 1
Remove the cuttlefish wings and the toughest parts, as well as the head, setting aside all soft flesh, particularly the tentacles. Cut into pieces.
Step 2
Cut the body of the cuttlefish in half lengthways and each half into finger-width strips.
Step 3
Place the cornflour, salt and garlic powder in a freezer bag. Add the cuttlefish strips and shake until the strips are covered with the mixture.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a pan to 180°C and fry the strips until golden brown.
Step 5
Serve with lemon cut into wedges.
